Tomato Ginger Mushrooms
  • Some mushrooms (about 3-4 dl), chopped
  • Onion, chopped
  • 3-5 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1-2 green chilies, chopped
  • 1" ginger, chopped
  • 1 tsp Masala Curry paste
  • 6 curry leaves
  1. Heat oil in frying pan
  2. Add onions, ginger, chilies, curry leaves and mushrooms, fry a minute or two
  3. Add garlic, keep cooking couple of minutes
  4. Add tomatoes and masala curry paste
  5. Keep cooking until onions and mushrooms tastes done
