While exploring fast food theme and I was left little hungry after noodles, I realized that curd rice is also kinda fast food, if you happen to have boiled rice in your fridge (and I happened to have). I didn’t bother to check the recipes, I just added stuff like with veg noodles. The solution was tasty, and more successful than last time. And like noodles, this dish doesn’t require much time or effort, and you can use what vegetables available.

Instructions
  1. Heat oil in frying pan
  2. Add vegetables, jeera, curry leaves, asoefetida and dal's
