Paneer steaks
  • half of a cauliflower, cut to small pieces
  • tomato, cubed
  • half of a capsicum, cubed
  • onion, chopped
  • five cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 200g of paneer, in 2cm slices
  • two green chilies, chopped
  • 200g tomato puree
  • 1 tsp of curry masala paste
  1. mix little amount of masala paste and water (oil would be better)
  2. put paneer in a small container and add paste-mix (this would be better to be done 2-3 hours before starting)
  3. heat oil in frying pan and add vegetables
  4. fry about 10 minutes
  5. add masala paste and tomato puree
  6. lower heat and add lid
  7. take another frying pan and heat little oil
  8. fry your paneer steaks, about 5 minutes from both sides
  9. dish is ready
