Then to today’s dish, Greek salad. This is maybe the first salad I ever learned to prepare, and it is still one of my favorites. The taste of this never fails! And it is so easy to do, takes about 5 minutes, and you really cant fail this one, even if you are a beginner with cooking..

Greek salad
 
Ingredients
  • Salad
  • Rucola salad
  • Cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • ½ red onion, sliced into half rings
  • ½ cucumber, sliced into half-moons
  • Black olives (Kalamata olives are my favorite)
  • Feta cheese, cubes
  • Fresh basilica
  • Olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Salt
  • Pepper
Instructions
  1. Mix the salads ingredients
  2. Mix the dressing in a cup (oil, vinegar, salt & pepper), pour it over the salad
  3. Garnish with basilica leaves
