Grilled apples
  • ⅔ cup of orange juice (I didn't have, so I replaced with lemonjuice and water)
  • 1 tbsp chopped mint
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (I used vanilla sugar)
  • ½ tsp ground ginger
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 3 apples, cored and cut to 1,5cm slices
  1. Mix the marinade
  2. Let the apple slices marinade 1 to 2 hours in refrigerator before grilling.
