This dish is easy, fun and tasty. And any dish where I get a change to use mortar is a good dish 🙂 I just love using that thing, maybe thats why I own three of those.

Pesto Pasta

Ingredients
  • 2 bunch of basil
  • 50g parmesan cheese, grated
  • 50g pine nuts or cashew nuts
  • 1 big garlic clove
  • 1 ½ dl olive oil
  • some pasta
Instructions
  1. Grind down the ingredients in mortar to fine paste
  2. Mix pesto with the pasta
  3. Garnish with parmesan, basil leaves and serve with baguette
