This pizza is soooo good 🙂 But you only get this on autumn, because then is the season for boleteceae‘s.

Boletaceae Pizza
  • Some boleteceae's
  • One onion
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • some celery
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 can of crushed tomatoes
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 tbsp tomato puree
  • 1-2 jalopenos
  • 1 tsp of chili paste
  • grinded cheese
  • little more than 1 dl olive oil
  • balsamico vinegar
  • butter
  • 1 dl of water
  • yeast
  • 4-5dl wheat flour
  • salt
  • sugar
  • pepper
  1. Mix water, oil, yeast, pinch of salt and pinch of sugar and mix well
  2. Add flour
  3. Put dough aside
  4. Heat some oil on sauce pan
  5. Add carrot, celery and jalopenos, all chopped to small pieces
  6. After couple of minutes add half of the onion and 3 cloves of garlic, chopped to small
  7. Sautee couple of minutes
  8. Add tomato puree and chili paste, fry couple more minutes
  9. Add crushed tomatoes. Add salt and pepper. Reduce heat and let it boil about ½ hour to 1 hour
  10. Turn on your oven, to maximum heat
  11. Slice mushrooms and slice other half of the onion, chop left of the garlic also
  12. Heat butter in a frying pan, add mushrooms
  13. Fry about 5-7 minutes
  14. Add onions and garlic, keep frying about 5 minutes
  15. Mushrooms and onions doesn't need to be fully done
  16. Now take a food processor and make paste of your tomato sauce
  17. Add some olive oil and balsamico
  18. Flatten the dough
  19. Add tomato sauce, mushrooms, sliced tomato and grinded cheese
  20. Put your pizza to oven for about 10 minutes
  21. Enjoy (with Dr. Pepper!)
