Forest Mushroom Salad
  • some salted mushrooms (
  • piece of leek (about 10cm), sliced
  • half of onion
  • 2 dl of whipped cream
  • ground white pepper
  1. rinse mushrooms well with fresh water
  2. boil some water and add mushrooms for 10 minutes or so, to remove excess salt
  3. mix all the ingredients
  4. put the salad to your fridge, at least for couple of hours
  5. enjoy!
