Mushroom cutlets
  • ½l of mushrooms, chopped
  • half of onion, chopped
  • 2 gloves of carlic, chopped
  • 1 can of kidney beans
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 3 tbsp ketchup
  • 1,5dl oats
  • 0,5dl bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp potato starch
  • 3 tsp sambal oelek (I used Höyry chili-paste)
  • 1tsp smoked paprika powder
  • ½ tsp jeera
  • ½ tsp salt
  • some oil for frying
  1. Fry mushrooms, onion and garlic until there is no mushrooms juice left anymore
  2. Use mixer and make paste out of beans, oil and ketchup
  3. Mix all the ingredients
  4. Make small discs out of dough and deep fry them on medium heat
