Mushroom-Lentils Soup
  • 2dl lentils
  • 1dl dried mushrooms
  • onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • some chilies, chopped to small pieces
  • lots of black pepper (I used something like 20 whole peppers)
  • salt
  • vegetable bouillon powder
  • 1l water
  1. Mix all in sauce pan, let it boil on low heat for about 30-45 minutes
