From Lonely Planet’s German Travel Guide: normal hamburger doesn’t contain ham. If you add cheese to a normal hamburger, you call it a cheeseburger. What do you call a hamburger if you add ham to it?

What a pickle, huh? 🙂

I didn’t add ham to my burgers, what a surprise, but some smoked tofu and brie cheese. Warning, don’t add smoked tofu and brie cheese to your hamburger, they don’t play well togeter. Instead, make two hamburgers, one with brie and one with smoked tofu, that’s the key to success.
