Celebration.. bread.. celebration bread.. celebread.. get it.. funny eh? Ahem.. ok, lets go to the recipe:

Celebread
 
Ingredients
  • SALSA VERDE:
  • 65g of small capers
  • 1 dl cashew nuts
  • 1 bunch of fresh basil
  • 1 bunch of thyme (or some herbs, I used chervil)
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tsp salt (I used salted cashews so no need for extra salt)
  • 1½ dl olive oil
  • CELEBREAD:
  • 1 big bread
  • Salsa verde
  • one jar of sundried tomatoes
  • one packet of olives
  • 200 g brie cheese
  • some leaves of fresh basil
Instructions
  1. SALSA VERDE:
  2. Process capers, cashew nuts, basil, thyme, sliced garlics, salt and olive oil in blender or food processor.
  3. CELEBREAD:
  4. Cut your bread horizontally to three pieces.
  5. Spread the pieces with salsa verde. Add sliced brie, sundried tomatoes, olives and basil.
  6. Let the bread rest a while in room temperature.
  7. Slice the bread. You can use wooden sticks so that the pieces will hold together better.
