• 2 ripe tomatoes (seriosly, try to look ripe ones when shopping)
  • half a paprika
  • half a red onion
  • 1 jalopeno
  • 1 tsp of sugar
  • some lemon juice
  • olive oil
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of pepper
  1. Chop vegetables as small as you can.
  2. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Store the salsa in a fridge.
