Lets try something new here.

  • some seleriac, cubed
  • 2 carrots, cubed
  • 2 onions, chopped to big pieces
  • 1 courgette, cubed
  • whole black peppers
  • sea salt
  • chervil
  • bouillon cube
  • 3 bay leaves
  • thyme
  • marjoram
  • half a liter water
  1. Mix all the ingredients in a pot and cover with lid
  2. Place the pot into oven for 30 minutes at 200C
  3. Reduce the heat to 150C and let it cook for two hours or so
