Latenitechai experimental kitchen proudly presents: spinach-carrots (I really don’t have any better name for this). I was hungry and I wanted to do some quick dish. I remembered I had some spinach in my freezer, some leftovers from my ex-flatmate. Just before she left, she made really tasty spinach with pine kernels, so I thought maybe I’ll try something like that also. I gathered also some other ingredients and I remembered this quick recipe as well, and I had some sort of plan ready.

Spinach-carrots
 
Ingredients
  • Carrot, sliced to sticks
  • Onion, sliced
  • Some frozen spinach
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1-2 tbsp soy sauce
  • salt
  • some oil
Instructions
  1. Put sauce pan on medium heat, add your spinach and let them thaw
  2. When spinach is not frozen anymore, add lemon juice and salt
  3. Toss it couple of times and set aside
  4. Heat oil in frying pan with high heat
  5. Add your onions and carrots, stir often
  6. Fry only couple of minutes, add soy sauce and fry one or two minutes
  7. Add spinach, toss couple of times and it's ready
  8. Serve with rice
