Idea for this came from my friends and from reading this recipe. I actually didn’t follow that much, other than cooking the seitan in the oven after boiling. So I used this old recipes for seitan but instead of slicing the dough before boiling, I boiled it as it is. After boiling I covered it with two layers of foil and cooked in the oven for 30 minutes at 200C. After cooking I sliced it as thing slices as possible and used marinade from this recipe and stored it into the fridge for overnight.
