Vegan version of traditional Finnish dish.

Recipe for vegan saucages.

  • 4 vegan sausages, cut to pieces
  • 6 potatoes, boiled yesterday and kept in fridge, cubed
  • 2 onions, cut to big pieces
  • 100g frozen peas
  • paprika powder
  • salt and pepper
  • oil
  1. Heat oil in frying pan
  2. Add all the ingredients except spices
  3. Stir once in a while, fry until potatoes get nice golden brown color
  4. Add spices, fry 5 more minutes or so
  5. Eat with ketchup and mustard
