- Use high heat for the whole process.
- Boil rice noodles and drain.
- Fry tofu cubes without oil until they are golden brown. Set aside.
- Fry mushrooms to remove excess water.
- Add oil, garlic, chili and ginger. Fry for minute or so.
- Add sugar peas, paprika and carrots. Fry for five minutes or so.
- Add tofu cubes and soy sauce. Fry for couple of minutes more.
- Add noodles.
