Mushroom-Tofu Wok

  1. Use high heat for the whole process.
  2. Boil rice noodles and drain.
  3. Fry tofu cubes without oil until they are golden brown. Set aside.
  4. Fry mushrooms to remove excess water.
  5. Add oil, garlic, chili and ginger. Fry for minute or so.
  6. Add sugar peas, paprika and carrots. Fry for five minutes or so.
  7. Add tofu cubes and soy sauce. Fry for couple of minutes more.
  8. Add noodles.
