Beetroot burritos
  • Two beetroots, peeled and grated
  • Two turnips, peeled and grated
  • One rutabaga, peeled and grated
  • Two onions, sliced thin
  • Two capsicums, sliced thin
  • Two mild chilies, sliced thin
  • Two cloves of garlic, sliced thin
  • Oil for frying
  • Ground black pepper
  • Two tbsp of soy sauce (add small portion at the time, taste)
  • Two tbsp spoons of lemon juice
  • Soy meat
  • Tortillas
  1. Prepare soy meat, add lots of spices
  2. At the same time, heat oil in a frying pan, use high heat
  3. Add all the vegetables, fry for 10 to 15 minutes, until onions are ready
  4. Add soy sauce, lemon juice and black pepper
  5. Fry for couple of more minutes
  6. Build your burritos and garnish with dried onions
