My parents gave me cast iron pan and I love it! To test it out, I prepared a simple dish based on one of the old recipes.

Pan-Grilled Vegetable Pasta
  • Half of a eggplant, cubed
  • Half of a zucchini, cubed
  • 250g fresh mushrooms, cubed
  • 1 paprika, cubed
  • 1 onion, cubed
  • oil for frying
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • about 0,5 dl of olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • lemon juice
  • half of a chili, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  1. Follow the Pan-Grilled Eggplant and Zucchini recipe and mix with pasta
