Garlic Mushrooms
  • Maybe 8 to 10 big mushrooms, cut to four pieces
  • 8 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 8 tbsp olive oil
  • fresh parsley
  • salt and pepper
  1. Heat oil on high temperature and sautee half of the garlic until brown. Remove the garlic.
  2. Add mushrooms and fry for five minutes or so
  3. Turn the heat to low and fry for another fifteen minutes
  4. Add salt, half of the parsley and rest of the garlic, fry five minutes
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley
