This dish is great when you come home after work and are dead tired. Simple, fast and so tasty.

Creamy Tomato Mushroom Pasta
  • 2,5 dl oat cream
  • about 10 small champiogn mushrooms, halved
  • one onion, chopped
  • 6 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • small can of pureed tomato
  • salt and pepper
  • oil for frying
  • some pasta
  1. Heat oil in a frying pan
  2. Add mushrooms, fry for five minutes or so, until they get some color
  3. Add little bit more oil and onions, fry for couple of minutes
  4. Add garlic, fry for couple of minutes
  5. Add pureed tomato, fry for minute
  6. Add oat cream, salt and pepper, cook for couple of more minutes
  7. Serve with pasta
