The saga or finding perfect spread continues. This time I tried one variation of hummus, ranch hummus. We both instantly loved it! The taste and even look were very similar to herb butter. I will definitely prepare this again in future, probably even in very near future.

Ranch Hummus
  • 2-3 dl chickpeas
  • 2 tbsp oat curd
  • lemon juice
  • half of a garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tbsp dried dill
  • 1 tbsp dried chives
  • ½ tsp salt
  1. Process all the ingredients with food processor
