I added one paprika to Baba Ganoush recipe and roasted it with aubergine slices. The result was a bit sweeter and milder. I’m not yet sure which one I like better, the original or the paprika version, I have to make them both at the same time and compare. Oh well, at least this one looks prettier than the original. I wonder what else I could roast with aubergine to make the next version…
