Filled rutabagas
  • 3 rutabagas, first boiled then carved to hollow
  • some seitan kebab, chopped to small
  • half of a leek, chopped to small
  • 1 tsp of strong mustard
  • 1 tsp of black pepper, ground
  • oil for frying
  1. Peel the rutabagas and boil them.
  2. Carve rutabagas using a spoon
  3. Chop half of the leftover from the carving.
  4. Heat oil in the frying pan, high heat.
  5. Add leek, chopped rutabagas and seitan. Fry for five to ten minutes.
  6. Add mustard and pepper.
  7. Fill the rutabagas with the stuffing. Cook in the oven for 30 minutes at 225C.
